Thank goodness for the internet! I honestly wouldn’t know what to do with myself if it weren’t for the internet. I would probably be uneducated, unemployed, and most likely homeless. Not to mention I would probably have fewer methods to communicate with my family and friends AND I wouldn’t have pinterest to keep me occupied when I’m bored at work.
Most importantly, I am very appreciative to the Internet for its help in my job hunt. If I were to win an award it would go something like this “I would like to thank my family and friends for this award, most importantly Le Internet for giving me the chance to get the job I love.” Then, naturally there would be a grand applause and so on and so forth. Unfortunately, I must return to the real world. At any rate, if it weren’t for the internet I would never have heard of nor applied to my dream job.
Alright, I’ll be honest: the application process for this job absolutely sucked but it all balances out now. The worst part about this application process was the abundance of employee assessment tests. Some of them were on my personality and others on work ethic. It was all bleh in the end. Then, right when I was about to give up, I saw the light at the end of the application-tunnel: it was the interview training system. That’s right! I passed all of the assessment tests and they gave me access to the interview process. After a steady three interviews (after the interview training of course) they offered me the job! It was a very long and drawn out process but it was well worth the wait!
