Birds of a Feather Sessions (BoFs)

Event
Location: Evening BoFs

Following the planned sessions during the day, it’s time for Where 2.0 participants to take the floor. BoFs are informal conversations that you and other participants plan. Visit the BoF page for more details and to sign up to lead a BoF of your own.

Please check the BoF board in the check-in area to sign up for a session onsite. Space is limited; sign-ups are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Birds of a Feather (BoF) sessions provide face to face exposure to those interested in the same projects and concepts. BoFs can be organized for individual projects or broader topics (best practices, open data, standards). BoFs are entirely up to you. We post your topic online and onsite and provide the space and time. You provide the engaging topic.

Please note that audio/visual equipment, including projection equipment, will not be available for BoF sessions. If you require any audio/visual equipment, you may contact [email protected], the official convention audio/visual producer, for rental rates.

The following BoFs have been scheduled for the convention. Please check the “Birds of a Feather Sessions” corkboard located at check-in onsite for up-to-the-minute changes and information.

Submit a BoF proposal.
